Up to date non-biased information is critical for making any agricultural management decision, including insect management decisions.  The most informed and economical insect management decision is always important, but may be even more important when profit margins are small.  To keep information current, studies must be regularly conducted to evaluate management strategies and tools and to provide information on unexpected insect issues.
