I usually use this blog space to present a short summary of information about a particular subject or issue.  However, sometimes that length does not provide enough space for the necessary in-depth coverage of a subject.

In addition to the above new or significantly revised posts, I have updated many of the remaining White Papers with new information, and updated links to off-site information from research and extension publications.  View the recency of those actions in the Summary of Information post.

As stated on previous occasions, my intent is to ensure that all links in the White Papers that I post on MSSOY are functional, and that links to all external information sources on the site are also functional.  However, since the URL’s to linked articles sometimes change, this may not always be the case.  Thus, if you find a link that is dead, I will greatly appreciate your letting me know so that I can correct it.
