Upcoming Irrigation Meetings Open to Farmers


Do you irrigate on your farm? Are you interested in learning more about the technology available to decrease your irrigation costs and increase efficiency? Check out the upcoming Mississippi irrigation meetings, featuring Mississippi State University Extension Service Irrigation Specialist Jason Krutz, Ph.D., and others.

These meetings will cover the Sustainable Irrigation Project (SIP) 2014, general irrigation needs of soybeans, corn, rice and cotton in Mississippi, provide an introduction to the PHAUCET program, and explain the benefits of using various irrigation instruments, like soil moisture sensors and surge valves.
