Over the past month or so, the following additions of new material and updates of previously posted material have been made to MSSOY resources.
The Doublecropping in the Midsouth White Paper has been updated with additional guidelines for wheat production.
The Spray Nozzles and Spray Droplet Size White Paper is a new post that provides resources that should be consulted for pertinent information about the selection of spray nozzles that will produce the appropriate droplet size to both control targeted pests and reduce drift.
The Tillage for Midsouth Soybean Production White Paper has been updated.
The Web Resources for Soybean Production Information White Paper has been updated with new links to sites that have up-to-date information for soybean production.
The Land Leveling and Crop Productivity White Paper is a new post that summarizes results from Midsouth research that was designed to determine the effects of land leveling on soil fertility and productivity of a following crop.
The Calibration of Pesticide Application Equipment is a new post from MSU-ES that addresses many common questions about calibration of pesticide application equipment.
The Delayed Senescence in Soybeans White Paper is a new post that describes symptoms of delayed senescence in soybeans, and associated causes and potential remedies.
The Herbicide Efficacy and Time of Spraying White Paper is a new post that summarizes what is presently known about spraying time-of-day and its effect on the efficacy of selected herbicides.
The Soybean Irrigation Guide White Paper has been updated with the latest information resulting from MSPB-funded projects.
Those who are interested in reports from MSPB-funded projects can access them by clicking on “Research and Reports” under “MSPB” at the top of the home page, then clicking either the “Final Report” or “Annual Report” box.
