Plant Management Network Resources
As you have probably determined from my past posts on this site, I am a big supporter of the information resources available on the Plant Management Network (PMN) site. I find the “Focus on Soybean” webcasts especially valuable and informative, and have linked to them on numerous occasions.
The following was sent to me by Mr. Phil Bogdan, Communications Manager for PMN.
The Plant Management Network (PMN) is a nonprofit publishing effort whose mission is to enhance the health, management and production of crops through quality, science-based crop management information for practitioners in agriculture and horticulture. From now until September 27, all PMN resources will be fully open access so that you can learn about the website and provide feedback through a very short survey. Types of resources include research articles on new pathogens, pests, and management practices, as well as webcasts on aspects of crop production. Please take a few moments to browse our resources at www.plantmanagementnetwork.org. Each resource is described here. After reviewing our site, we hope you will take 5 minutes to share your thoughts through this short survey to help us uncover what you like about PMN, what can be improved, and what would keep you coming back to our website on a regular basis. [Survey URL: http://surveys.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_9TwhrB7Nt0KPhhb] Our ultimate goal is to continue to produce a web resource for growers, consultants, and other practitioners with timely information presented in engaging formats. Your survey responses will help guide our future efforts by informing us of: ● Which PMN resources are of most and least importance to you ● What new resources we should produce ● Which current resources we should expand Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts. We look forward to seeing your response. Kind Regards, PMN's Board of Directors |
I am passing the above along to keep you informed of information sources that are available and that may be valuable to you.
