I have just learned that the USB-funded free subscriptions to the Plant Management Network will soon expire, and they were not renewed. Louisiana State University has developed a Soybean Field Guide–Mobile Optimized Web Application for Weeds, Insects, & Diseases. There is a PC version that can be accessed at http://soybean.lsuagcenter.com by any mobile browser (Android or Apple), and then bookmarked onto the mobile device. Once the site has been bookmarked, you can access it at any time on the mobile device. It will then run like a mobile app.
